Urban Redevelopment
Our urban re-development is our fourth core business.
With the current redevelopment projects going on in Hong Kong, we see high potential for working on these old areas where new developments are benefiting to the well-beings of the vicinity and residents; and at the same time being a developer of urban redevelopment, it brings attractive yields for stakeholders and our Group.
This scope will be a long-term investment direction for our Group, and we hope to involve in more government tendering and acquisition of urban redevelopment sites and projects. Ultimately we will develop old towns by blocks and by an entire site.
